IQGATES, LLC seeking 1099 contractors with customer service skills to join our Virtual Contact Center. The application is required to meet and pass all technical requirements, background check and complete unpaid Certification courses that take between two (2) days and several weeks to complete. Once certified Customer Service Specialist Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers. Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and persuades potential customers to complete and submit an application. Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues with an account for the customers. Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with the website and escalate any issues to management appropriately. Perform basic account maintenance activities. Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.

Step Two: Complete Criminal Background Check (IQGATES, LLC will not provide the cost for the background check.)

 

The following steps will need to be taken to add a Client Support Professional to my Independent Business:

 

1. IQGATES, LLC IBO ID 41752 

 

2. The Client Support Professional then must log into the Arise portal and click on "Join an Arise Affiliated Corporation".

 

3. Next, the Client Support Professional will need to enter our IBO ID 41752 or FEI Number 453537881 and click on the"magnifying glass" icon. The name of the Independent Business that he or she is joining will populate in the Name of Corporation field. The Client Support Professional then needs to confirm that this is the name of the Independent Business they wish to join. (Please contact me so I can add you to my IB inishca@iqgatesllc.com)

 

4. In the "Agreements" section, next to the View and Sign arrow(s), click on "View".

 

5. The Client Support Professional must read the waiver and, if acceptable, click on "I Accept". (The waiver will need to be printed before clicking the "I Accept" button.)

 

6. Then, the Client Support Professional should click "Next" – and should see an "In Process" next to the "Join an Independent Business in the Arise Network". This "In Process" notice will appear until the Independent Business Owner acknowledges the request.

There's really no place like home
